Happy Hump Day!
Did I mention that my Little Ray of Sunshine started Soccer last week? I think I did. Well, I thought I'd post a picture of her in all her gear.
Her shirt says 'I Have Goals; I Play Soccer!' She's still a little girly girl because under those black socks....is a pair of pink shin guards! hahahaa My mum said she looked like a 7 or 8 year old because she's so tall for her age (just like her mama). She'll be 5 at the end of June. The Man and I have a good laugh every time the kids pose like this (which is quite often during the session) because we can think of nothing else except the Captain Morgan ads on TV! hahahaha
As soon as I saw this week's sketch from Sketch Saturday, I immediately thought of my sweet Puddle Jumper stamps! So I inked Ella Puddle Jumper up and colored her mostly with Distress Ink reinkers this time. Her hair was done (not very well I might add!) with a combination of Tea Dye, Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain and her dress was colored with Tattered Rose (with just a hint of SU's Regal Rose for the shadows). I wanted her to look like she was standing in front of a mirror, so I used the Labels 10 nesties because that's what they remind me of! The sentiment is from the Sammy Puddle Jumper Mini Set, but I thought it suited Ella too since she looks like she's borrowing her mummies pearls! :)
I think I'll put this card up in my store since the others absolutely flew out the door! By the way, if you ever see a card I've made, but it's not in my store and you want it, just send me an email! Unless it has to be sent back to the Company or I've made it for a special reason, I'll usually part with them. Over this past year I've learnt that I'll make more cards than I know what to do with! ;)
Toodles!
