G'day everyone!

Can you believe it's Thursday already?! Holy cow does time fly! Did you get your Greeting Farm presale stamps?! I did and I'm back on my spending freeze tomorrow. Hahaha!

This week's Mojo Sketch Challenge MOJO83 is a great one! I used the Coffee & Tea stamps I won a couple of weeks ago on the Rubbernecker blog stroll. I've never worked with inches before, but it is fun to play with little stamps that don't require much coloring for a change!

I wanted to create the color of coffee stain, so I first cut a piece of watercolor paper, then sponged on Tea Dye, Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain from Distress Inks on it in layers. (Told you I loved sponging!) Then I stamped on the Coffee and Tea inches on it in Black Soot. Matted it with black cardstock and popped it on dimensionals. Then I sponged the edges of the orange polka dot paper with Tea Dye and Walnut Stain and matted that again on black cardstock. The base patterned paper is from the K&Company's 'Day Dreams' stack and I sponged that too before applying it to the base cardstock.

This week's Our Creative Corner challenge is to use something recycled on your card, so I used these buttons that used to belong to a shirt I owned. I threw a shirt out last summer and pillaged the buttons from it.

Also, this week's Rubbernecker Wacky Wednesday #8 challenge over at the Rubbernecker blog was to use buttons and/or chipboard. Did you know that if you play along with this challenge you have a chance to win 40% off your next purchase there? They're also having another blog stroll today and you can win free stamps just like I did! Just go to the Rubbernecker blog and follow along. You've got to be in it to win it right?! :D

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
