Hellooooooo Blog Hoppers!!!
EDITED: Thank you to everyone who played along on this blog hop - comments are now closed.
If you've stumbled onto my blog today and are wondering what the heck is going on, let me explain:
Since it's Friday the 13th Kristi thought she would disperse any thoughts of it being a day of bad luck by having a Hanna Stamps Good Luck Blog Hop! If you haven't jumped on my blog from the fabulous Candice Lightly's blog then you may want to start at the beginning at Kristi's blog and follow the bread crumbs. You definitely don't want to miss any of the awesome creations the Hanna Stamps Design Team have created for you today!!
For playing along in the blog hop with us, you can score yourself a mystery goodie bag from Mrs Kristi herself! Who knows what might be in that bag.....that's part of the fun! You have all weekend to play. I'll randomly pick a winner and on Monday Vicki will post a winners list in the Hanna Stamps forum on SCS! Just leave me a comment on this post telling me one time when you seriously rocked it! Mine was when I used to play Netball. We were in a unisex Division A league. Netball is predominantely a woman's sport, but the men like to think they can play our game. Anyway, at the end of the season I won the trophy for MVP - beating out all the other women and men in that division. I rocked it that year! LOL I can't wait to hear your story!
So what's a blog hop without a card right?!
Today also happens to be the Hanna Stamps Friday Challenge and this week's challenge is to use diamonds on your card. It can be a diamond shape or an embellishment. The only diamond paper I owned was this green one and it's appropriately called 'Hallowhimsy'! Ha! It was meant to be I guess. If you'd like to play along with this Friday challenge, head over to the Hanna Stamps SCS forum to get all the details. Remember, anyone who plays along in the Friday Challenges get their name included in a drawing each month for a free Hanna Stamps set! Worth making a card for right?!
Also. through the month of March, you can use the code March and get 10% off your order at Hanna Stamps!
Ok, I've kept you long enough; hop on over to the talented Judy Workman's blog to see her amazing creation and for another chance to win a goodie bag!
Thanks for stopping by today and GOOD LUCK!!

WOW! I love it!! YOu know I do! Hmmmm...so I was on my hop and I got stuck at Bev's place. DO you know where we're supposed to go from her? Thanks for a FUN card! HUGS
I taught Volleyball in college.. So much fun and it was something I was really good at... I definitely rocked the Volley baby... :)
So.... one of the times I seriously rocked it, huh? Well, I do gift processing for nonprofits as my day job. One day, a few years ago, I entered 500 gifts, including many names and addresses associated with those gifts, in one day. It was the most any of my coworkers had ever seen done in one day. It took 9 hours straight and I drooled for the rest of the day, but it was a superstar moment.
Long answer, short question. : )

So great to see how everyone uses this set. Great job!
Well...that's a really good question. The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is..I'm the March DT member for a paper/cardstock company. Someone saw my blog and purchased some cardstock from them because of my card. Thanks for the chance to win. YOU ROCK! Looove your work!
Sandra, your card is fab. Love your coloring...;-) Great colors... Big hugs... Silke
Fantastic!! Love the layout!
Cool! I love that card - especially how you framed the diamond and the colors you used. Hanna really stands out.
I can't think of anything that makes me think of a time that I seriously rocked...that's sad isn't it.
Great card though...LOL
Love the card!!! I seriously rocked it when I used to play volleyball. I'm not a "bragging" type of person, but I was a great volleyball player. Never missed a season since I was in grade 6...even played when I was pregnant...until 2006 when I blew out my knee...no more for me..
but I rocked it while I could!
well I seriously rocked it my first month on my new job as a marketing director. I made several new contacts for my company and got three new admissions in one week.
Love this and the sentiment makes me grin! Thanks for being so talented and sharing :)
all of these cards are great! i know i should be working and getting ready for camping, but it's the slim chance of winning that keeps me going.
Great card! I cannot think of any time where I really rocked! Sorry, my brain is empty!
Great card, your coloring is always great. Umm, a time I rocked it? I think planning my wedding, I planned the entire thing, from the day her proposed to the wedding day in nine weeks. It turned out to be everything I had dreamed of.
Great card...Me rocking it....hmmm... only rocking I ever did was rocking my babies to sleep...LOL, Kathy Hering
Great card! Love the ribbon and the grunge look but the red guitar takes the cake! Now I'm off to Judy's blog! This is great fun!
Hummm I don't really rock! But I did win a card contest recently that wasss pretty cool! I love your rocker Hanna Card! Thanks for letting me hop on by!
Love your rockin' card! As for when I rocked it?? Well, probably back when I was competing in Piano and took a first prize--I rocked my song so fast that it took the judges FOREVER to record their comments and to move to the next performer! LOL!
Thanks for the chance to win! And on to the next blog...
Probably the most time I felt like I rocked it is at work, I placed second in a competition that had 350 people on the list..............!!!
Got the job I wanted!!!
Your card is Rockin' it sister.......love the colours and her hair is amazing!!!
Vicki
Great, great card. Love the design and the coloring. Thanks for sharing!
Oh how fabulous!
Um...no rockin' story...
What a great card! Love the colors and your coloring!
When did I seriously rock it? As a senior in High School... one of my Softball games... I had a grand slam and two home runs. It was the best game and still brings found memories for me.
This blog hop gets better and better... good memories are exactly what I need today after my grandfather passing. Friday the 13th at it's best I guess.
Thanks for the chance to win a goodie bag.
Hanna rocks.
Wow...let me think. I bake bread and I give people my recipe and have had many come up to me and tell me that their bread doesn't come out like mine.....I don't know why? I don't measure things exactly so maybe that's the reason? So I guess I rock at bread making! Anyway, I love your card! You rock!
I recently got to rock down with some fellow young breast cancer survivors at a conference in Dallas. Man those ladies all rocked. Hoping to get this set soon and share with them.
Great card and thanks for sharing.
Riley Rocks. Just got to love that moose.
Hey, Sandra. I so admire your coloring! I bet you can make a troll look pretty (I HATE trolls). This card is perfect!
Okay, you first. You ROCKED that card! (Giggle)
When did I ROCK IT? When I got my promotion to supervisor at work - over people that had been there much longer than I had - AND they thought that it was wonderful having me for a boss!
She is ROCKIN', Sandra - LOVE this card - super job!!
SOOO cute! Love this set ..it cracks me up!
Wow what a great question! so at first I thought "wow what a loser I am" because I couldn't think of anything! but this might count. My Husband was injured at work about 8 yrs ago. after multiple surgeries that left him with limited use of his good arm, he was retrained. So in his 40's, he had to get his gr 12, & go to College for 3 yrs. A huge accomplishment! So I planned a big surprise grad party for him last June after he graduated, with family & friends. I managed to pull it off, without him suspecting, he was totally surprised & overwhelmed, it was great! So with the help of family & friends, I totally rocked it that day, he deserved it!
I love your card, the colouring is awesome!
too cute, thanks for the chance
happy friday 13th
jackie cole
Awsome!
I was reading when others had Rocked It...and wondering when I felt like I had really rocked it. A few came to mind, but I think the one my family will most likely agree to is a photo slide show I did for my FIL's funeral. He passed away unexpectedly and I agreed to do a phot slide show set to music...something I had never done before but was just dablling in the software. I started at 8:00 pm and worked straight through until 10:00 am the next day when we had to meet witht he priest to make arrangements. It was a 17 minute slide show set to music that spaned his nearly 80 years of life. I made a copy for each of the three son's and seven grandchildren. A lovely tribute to a wonderful man.
Great card!
My sister is getting married in August, and asked me to help her design, and make, her invites. She had a one page thing in mind, but I did up a template, and she loved my idea. I rocked the invites!
awesome way of using the 'diamond' in the background...very creative and I am really liking the colors on this one, they jumped out at me right away :)
Diamonds and Rockstars.. perfect match! I"m having fun reading all the "rocked it" posts! What a great idea!
Hmm.. last time I really rocked it? I'd have to say when bf couldn't get a screw into the concrete wall in our kitchen. He gave up and guess who made it happen! Yep, me - 1/2 his size, and twice his skill =)
Love your ROCKIN card. This is a must have stamp set. I just love the layout and the colors. I would have to say I ROCKED when I made a Italy album for my sister with a matching mini album for her to take with her. Thanks so much for the fun eye candy and a chance at some goodies.
I love your rocker girl! HAPPY FRIDAY ALL!
Your card just rocks and I love the shading in the tanktop awesome I see a tutorial in your future for shading
Your card "rocks". Love it.
I rocked when my dd was in elementary school and I was the coach of her cheerleading squad. We wee mainly a competition squad.
We totally rocked when we took first runner ups at a state cheer competition!!
Your card is awesome!
I totally rocked when I managed to collect over 350 quart and gallon size paint cans decorated for Christmas and filled with treats to send to my son's base while he was deployed in Afghanistan. So many ladies from across the US and other countries came together to let these group of soldiers know that they were not forgotten.
wonderful card, love the colours.
I had to read the other comments to see if anything came to mind when "I" rocked it. So ... back a few years ago, I was a volunteer coordinator for my son's elementary school. I was in charge of making something for each of the teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week. I made 83 altered clipboards. I rocked with them that day! (And I don't care if I ever see another altered clipboard again!) LOL
I more and more love that image - you have done a wonderful job with it!
what a great card layout...too cute...i mean rockin'!
great card! it rocks!
LOVE this card! Not too much of a rock star...but I brought 4 amazing boys into this world!

Great card!
Rocked it last year on my first year on this job. Mastered our ARCHAIC purchasing/budgeting system and we finished the year without going over budget and without any unpaid "oopses" showing up this year.
Love your card!! Now that I am a 40+ mom and not as tiny as I once was, I look back at Halloween pics when I was about 22. I was dracula and wore a black, snug leotards and I ROCKED it. (Not that I would be caught dead in it now even if I was tiny..lol) But I looked good then.
Last time I rocked it was when I got my entry for DT team for Pezzadoodle on time.
Love the rocker chick!!!! Gotta get busy on making my diamond card!!!

love the card I rocked it when I taught gym classes a little too old now LOL
I rocked it my senior year playing volleyball. I too won MVP for the year and made captain of the team and made all stars. Does that qualify for rocking it. I think I rock now too with the many roles I play as a mother to three very busy kids. Your card is awesome.
What a great card! I don't know the last time I rocked it, but you rocked this card for sure!

What a great card!!! I loved reading everyone's rocking moments...I'm really pretty boring, but for me my most rockin' moment was when I apllied for, and was offered, three different scholarships to do my PhD...I certainly felt popular! LOL!!!

My students (preschoolers) told me I rocked it yesterday when I set them up with shaving cream art! I love how very different all of you have made this set look! What creativity! Yours sure does "rock"!
hey girl!!
first, let me just say i am so thrilled you moved the comment link to the bottom of your post. i'm a lazy blog hopper.
great topic - the first thing that popped into my head was when i was in college i entered a lip syncing contest at a waterpark - strutted it out in my black and white polka dot swimsuit - and won! i even have it on video tape - it's quite hysterical really. but i am really incredibly shy - esp. then - and so for me to do something like that -
I seriously rocked it when I paddled Ala Moana Beach 4 times!
Great coloring.
Love your creations. When I seriously rocked???? I guess at my job previously - I also acted as managing editor for a medical textbook and without me, I don't think it would have ever been published. It was a tremendous amount of work. I knew I wouldn't be able to handle all the kuddos so I didn't go to the book presentation. But, I did enjoy all the E-mails and phone calls from people telling me about it!
Chris R. from Iowa
I'm not sure I can narrow it down as I am a ROCKER with EVERYTHING... LOL
Actually I REALLY rocked Center field in HS I consecutively threw out runners out at home from third base after tagging up on a pop fly and trying to make it home.... Yep beat those dern Hermiston Bull Dogs good that day! ME AND MY ROCKSTAR RIGHT ARM..... Ahhh, THOSE were the days!!!! LOL

WOW! This card is amazing! I guess you could say I rocked it (that sounds so conceited) when I had the comedic lead in the summer camp play. I had the crowd in stitches and it felt great. Thanks for the chance to win!
~Meredith
Love your card. I don't think I rock at much of anything; however, if I did I would have to say it was the week my mother was in the hospital preparing to go to her next journey. I managed to keep it together and do everything she wanted me to do.
Tona

Love the Rockin Hanna - as for when I have rocked...hmmmm. A couple of weeks ago I rocked making 20 cards in 2 days. An unimaginable feat for me!
Hiya Sandra!! Love your Hanna card - she is so cute with her little guitar rockin' the house! The last time I rocked it was when my little granddaughter was over yesterday and we had a wonderful rock in the rocking chair!! LOL! That might not be what you meant, but I loved every second of it!
Hi! Amazing card! Let's see . . . honestly I 'rock it' everyday! I love working out and to be able to lift more then some men at the gym is so funny and gives me a good feeling!
I guess I'm boring because I have no rockin' it story to tell! But I a having fun blog hopping!
wonderful card and what fun love the hop
Wll, your card is certainly gorgeous, I'm just struggling with a story about when I "rocked it". It sure wasn't any type of sports activity- exercise gives me hives, LOL!
However, I am slightly competitive. The last two places I've worked I was hired as part time, and worked my way up into management at both places (and no, it wasn't a fast food place- one was a corporation, and one was county government).
I rocked this past New Years Eve at Madison Square Garden! Great card. Jill S
I stopped hoppin last night to go to bed and have been thinking of when I 'rocked it'... It has came to my attention that I cant really remember yesterday! LOL bummer! anyway this is a very rockin card! Love it! ~anna

Hugs, Christine aka The Stampin' Ninja
FABulous card. I love the colours in the diamond paper, what colour is with the black? SUPER!
When did I rock it? so many ways to interpret. I think I (& my helpers) rocked it by organizing the sending of many items of necessities overseas to support our troops at Xmas! They're in my heart.
Rockstar Hanna is my favorite! HOnestly, I dont rock very well. In anything really. Let me think... Um... sheesh, not much to brag about, lol! Maybe, I gave birth to two of my three children naturally, no drugs, woohoo! That rocks! Right? LOL!
I guess one could say I "rocked" in school - in the academics anyway. I managed to attend State Science Fair every year from 8th grade until I graduated. My Jr. year I even won Senior Division champion...not considered cool or whatever...but then again... :)
Love the Hanna card - you guys are all "Rawkin" the designs.
I see a lot of rockstar cards so far. they are all great.
Wow .. .cool card!
As for the last time I rocked ... well my dog thinks I rock every time she sees me! (Does that count?!)
Great card!
This card ROCKS - and if making a card that rocks is an option to answer your question, I'd say my fav would've been the Valentine's day card I made for my DH (here - http://sueblondin.blogspot.com/2009/01/love-is-in-air.html) ... as I'm NOT a rocker by nature - TFS and thanx for the blog candy opp!
wow! Im rockin it today! on this blog hop! thanks!!!
Hop Hop... One time I really rocked it was when I scored 2 touchdowns at my Junior Powder Puff Football game in high school. It was so exhilarating. Our "Juniors" team whooped on the Seniors'.
Well - I wouldn't say I rock it but I am an ER nurse and there have been a few times when I know that I have made a huge impact on a patients health outcome in a positive way. Thanks for the blog hop and your creative ideas. Debbie
Awesome card and idea~you are very creative! Off to the next blog-Thanks!
When I gave birth to my 3 daughters. Not at the same time! Oh my no. They are the love of my life. Happy Thoughts.
Hi...nice take on the card..u all did such nice ones! ty for the chance..
Rocked it! Well my son is at the USAFA. Last year he was a freshman...very tuff year there. The parents of the frosh decided to do a secret spirit mission to honor and recognize these 1000 cadets for such a great accomplishment known as Recognition. We brainstormed, we collected funds, we plotted...all in secrecy. We decided on creating a special coin for each of them (we did many things also)but the fall out from this has been wonderful. I found a coin holder and shared with the parents...most ordered it...and I very luckily connected with a great mom in Colorado who took delivery, wrapped each one and then arranged delivery to a highly secure USAFA..I felt I rocked! to get this handled without a hitch! But my fellow parents made it happen...sorry to be so long-typed LOL cher
